Dear Class of 2025/26,
Welcome to the MSc Finance and Investment programme.
I am very excited about the talented and dynamic group of students who will join us in September 2025.
As you may already be aware, our programme places strong emphasis on developing both the knowledge and skills essential for a successful career in the financial industry. It is academically rigorous while remaining closely connected to real-world practice. You’ll be learning not only from our faculty, but also from industry experts and your fellow students, who bring diverse perspectives from around the world.
In the year ahead, I hope you’ll enjoy what you learn—both inside and outside the classroom. Make the most of your time in this beautiful and historic city of Edinburgh. And just like many students before you, I hope you’ll build lasting friendships and unforgettable memories along the way.
